This is what Dr. Cajetan Freiherr von Felder was respectfully called due to the numerous languages he spoke. A personality who, despite his great achievements for the city of Vienna, unfortunately enjoys little recognition. Vice-Chancellor Mag. Gerald Ebinger, himself the author of a book about the former mayor of Vienna, introduced this versatile liberal politician and his work to the numerous Dames and Knights of the Order in a lively lecture on 17 October 2024.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
