Only a few personalities have been awarded the Ring of Honour of the Province of Lower Austria, including former Bishop Franz Zak, former Foreign Minister Alois Mock and former Governor Honorary Knight Erwin Pr\u00f6ll. Since 23 October 2025, there has been one more: Provincial Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner presented this special award to Hans Penz, former President of the Lower Austrian Provincial Parliament and Honorary Knight of the Order of St. George.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
