Eugene was an extraordinary personality and, as the architect of the &#8220;Minsk Agreement&#8221;, worked at all levels for a peaceful solution to the conflict in Eastern Ukraine. He served his country until old age and was highly respected by all political forces.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wpum-message warning\">\n\t<p>This content is only available to members.
