The theme of the conference was the \u201cPan-European Movement\u201d, presented by its Secretary General Rainhard Kloucek.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The welcome was given by the procurator of the Order of St. George, Baron Vinzenz von Stimpfl-Abele.
