Eugene was an extraordinary personality and, as the architect of the &#8220;Minsk Agreement&#8221;, worked at all levels for a peaceful solution to the conflict in Eastern Ukraine. He served his country until old age and was highly respected by all political forces.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Knight Marchuk was a personal friend of our Grand Master and lived the values and convictions of the Order.
