Artificial intelligence at the intersection of law, ethics, justice and intelligence
Dames of the Order of St George
Order Residence, Rennweg 10, 1030 Vienna, Austria
Start: 7.00 pm

What role does AI play in the legal system? Does AI also possess a sense of justice, wisdom, maturity and compassion? Can AI judge what is fair, just and proportionate? Will the law and ethics restrict AI, or will AI begin to control the law and influence and modify our ethical standards?

The lecture by Dame of Honour Prof. Dr. Verica Trstenjak will address these and other questions relating to the topic of artificial intelligence.

The speaker is a former Advocate General at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. Further details about her can be found in the CV below.

The Commandery Tschechien invites you to an audience with Emperor Karl I and a solemn Mass at the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

This year’s audience with Emperor Karl I is dedicated to this anniversary and will take place at Brandeis Castle on the River Elbe, where all the emperors and kings of the Habsburg-Lorraine dynasty lived from 1547 to 1918.

The solemn Mass at the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Altbunzlau will be celebrated by Pater PhDr. Marek Pučalík, PhD, O.Cr., Rector of Karlskirche in Vienna, and will be accompanied by the Coronation Mass, composed by the renowned Czech composer J.V. Friendship trip to Tur Abdin
Dames of the Order of St. Georges

Sometimes there are places that feel as if time has stood still there. Tur Abdin in southeastern Turkey, on the border with Syria and not far from the border with Iraq, is one such place – a landscape full of silence, ancient monasteries, and living traditions.

After our Grand Master Karl von Habsburg visited Tur Abdin in August 2020, the Dames of the Order organized their first trip to Tur Abdin in August 2023, and the next trip is planned for 26 – 30 August 2026, under the patronage of HIRH Karl von Habsburg.

Under the guidance of Ap. Prof. Dr. Aho Shemunkasho, who comes from Tur Abdin and speaks Syrian Aramaic, this will not be an ordinary sightseeing tour, but a journey of encounters and inspiration.
