In beautiful autumn weather, another excursion took place on 25 September 2024 as part of the ‘Senior Care’ project with the fosterlings from St. Carolusheim.
As part of the ‘Children and Families’ focus, the Dames of the Order of St. George presented a material donation to the St. Anna Children’s Hospital on 21 August 2024.
On 19 August 2024, the Dames and some Knights of the Order of St. George visited the Heidi Horten Museum.
At the meeting of the Dames on 22 June 2024, it was decided to support catechumen classes for children in the villages of Turabdin.
On 21 and 22 June 2024 the second quarterly meeting of the Dames was held in Salzburg.
On 18 June 2024 the residents of St. Carolusheim celebrated this year’s summer party together with the nuns and all the volunteers.
On Saturday, 8 June 2024, the Dames of the Order of St. George visited the Hermes Villa in the Lainzer Tiergarten in glorious weather.
MR Manfred Pinnegger B.Sc. M.A. gave a lecture on the protection of cultural heritage in the Order residence on 3 June 2024.
As part of the ‘Senior Care’ project, an excursion to the Lainzer Tiergarten took place on 22 May 2024 for senior citizens from the Carolusheim der Borromäerinnen.
On 11 May 2024 the official handover of the donations to the Ruža Petrović children’s home in Pula took place
On 5 April 2024, the Dames of the Order of St. George organised a visit to the Museum of Natural History in Vienna, which was attended by Dames as well as Knights of the Order.
As part of the “Senior” focus, the Dames of the Croatian Commanderies organised a charity initiative for the Trnje retirement home in Zagreb.
A gathering of members of the Commandery Kroatien-Istrien was held on 24 February 2024 in Opatija with the presence of Commander Sandro Baričević from the Commandery Kroatien-Zagreb.
On 22 February 2024 the Dames of the Croatian Commanderies organized a visit to the retrospective exhibition held in the museum Klovićevi dvori in Zagreb.
A visit to Palais Coburg on 13 January 2024, initiated by the Dames of the Order of St. George, was very well appreciated.

On 14 December 2023, the homemade biscuits, sweets and toys were handed over to the director of the institution.
As a contemporary witness and confidant of Mother Teresa, Monsignor Dr. Leo Maasburg gave an insight into the life of the saint on 11 December 2023 at the invitation of the Dames of the Order of St. George.
Under this title, the Dames of the Order of St. George hosted a Christmas benefit concert on 1 December 2023 under the patronage of Christian von Habsburg-Lothringen, the wife of our Grand Master.
On 20 November 2023, the Dames of the Order of St. George were once again able to continue the “Care for the Elderly” project and visited the Advent market at Schönbrunn Palace with senior citizens from the St. Carolusheim.
On 21 October 2023 the Dames of the Order of St. George organized a cultural afternoon during which the Imperial “Wagenburg” in Schönbrunn was visited.
On 15 September 2023 three Dames of the Order and one Knight of the Viennese Commanderies accompanied senior citizens of St. Carolusheim on an excursion to the Hirschstetten flower gardens.
Under the expert guidance of Priv.-Doz. Dr. Aho Shemunkasho twenty Dames and Knights of the Order as well as some accompanying persons travelled to Turabdin from 31 August to 3 September 2023.
As announced during the Salon Privé in Zagreb, Croatian Dames participated in a charity initiative dedicated to the purchase of necessary supplies for the association “Mali Zmaj”.
On 16 June 2023, the Casino Baden hosted the 7th benefit concert for the Kinderburg Rappottenstein of the Red Cross of Lower Austria.
At the 5th Sailing Regatta of the Order of St. George, from 10 to 13 June 2023, the Dames were at the start for the first time with their own boat named “Maria Theresia”.
At the invitation of the Dames of the Order of St. George and the Commandery Vorarlberg und Schweiz, journalist and author Dr. Birgit Kelle explored this statement on 5 June 2023.
On 2 and 3 June 2023, the first international Salon Privé of the Dames of the Order of St. George took place.
On 22 May 2023, the Dames of the Commanderies Wien, Niederösterreich and Burgenland realised their project “Care for the Elderly” and were able to spend the afternoon with the residents of the St. Carolusheim.
On 9 May 2023, at the invitation of the Dames of the Order of St. George, the well-known journalist and author Prof. Dr. Gerhard Jelinek presented his book “Braver, Smarter, Weirder: Women Who Made History”.
Knight of the Order Johann Eckhardt von Eckenfeld and Vice-President of the Dames Elke Maria Stuller visited a family in Upper Austria on 1 April 2023, to whom a donation of 1,000 euros was handed over.
On 2 February 2023, KURIER editor-in-chief Martina Salomon invited to a tour of the media house on the initiative of the Dames of the Order of St. George.

As in previous years, the Dames of the Order of St. George baked biscuits and provided sweets and toys for the Mother and Child House Luise.
This is probably the most fitting title to sum up the charity event of the Dames of the Order of St. George on November 28, 2022.
On November 21, 2022, the Dames of the Order of St. George hosted KURIER editor-in-chief Martina Salomon.
To pay tribute to Otto von Habsburg, who would celebrate his 110th birthday this year, the Dames of the Order of St. George invited visitors to a guided tour of the Capuchin Crypt.
On September 2, 2022, the first Salon Privé took place in Vienna with a varied and ranged programme.
The Dames of the Order of St. George support the work of St Martin-in-the-Fields.
Analogous to the campaign in Austria, the campaign for donations in kind and money for Ukraine was also organised in Croatia.
The Dames of the Order of St. George invited to a lecture with Stephan Baier on March 24, 2022, in line with this year’s general theme “Struggle for the Soul of Europe”.
On March 23, 2022, the symbolic handover of the cheque to MOKI took place by our Dame of Honour HIRH Camilla von Habsburg.
The event on March 16, 2022, of the Dames of the Order of St. George and the Order Academy was attended, among others, by our Grand Master, his daughter and our Procurator.

On December 19, 2021 – the 4th Advent Sunday – the general secretary of the Dames, Baroness Gabriela von Stimpfl-Abele, payed a courtesy visit to the superior of the monastery of the Visitation of Mary in Vienna.
On April 16, 2021, a large delivery of commodity contributions was handed over to the kindergarten in Petrinja (Croatia).
On Thursday, April 8, 2021, 7 pallets with a total of 224,000 medical masks were handed over to the German Red Cross for transport to Croatia.
The handover of nine laptops to the city of Karlovac took place on Wednesday, February 10, 2021.

Am 28. November 2019 fand in den Räumlichkeiten des Kroatischen Musikvereins in Zagreb ein Wohltätigkeitskonzert zugunsten des Verbandes der Laryngektomierten statt.
On June 13, 2019, the donations from the ladies of the Order of St. George were handed over to the director of the kindergarten and children’s home.
Abbot Ambroz Martin Strbak had a plaque erected to commemorate the visit of Archduchesses Ildiko and Sophie von Habsburg Lothringen.
