As announced during the Salon Privé in Zagreb, Croatian Dames and Knights participated in a charity initiative dedicated to the purchase of necessary supplies for the association “Mali Zmaj”, an association who assists children from less privileged backgrounds in improving the quality of their daily lives. This charity action was significantly supported by Capitular Romano Bolković and Commander of the Commandery Kroatien-Zagreb Sandro Baričević, who also participated in the handover of the goods to the representative of the association on 29 August 2023.
The association “Mali Zmaj” was established in Zagreb in 2010, and its work is aimed at the improvement of the quality of life of underprivileged and neglected children. Their mission and purpose revolve around enhancing the quality of life for children without parental care and from deprived families that face financial and social challenges, as well as children from safe houses. Through the support they provide to the new generation, the association aims to initiate gradual positive change and make a difference to the most vulnerable members of our society.
