Excerpt from the Chancellor’s letter on the passing away:
It is my sad duty to inform you all of the passing of our brother of the Order Dr. jur. Vladimir Svoboda. Vladimir passed away already on August 1, 2020 at the age of 74 years.
Among other things, our brother was very much involved in the preparations for our convent in Prague in his function as quartermaster in the Commandery Tschechien. Unfortunately, he will not be able to witness the result and the investiture of his son-in-law next year. The Order will honour the wish of his family and support the funeral celebrations which will take place tomorrow.
