† 22.03.2025
Excerpt from the Chancellor´s letter on the passing away:
I am devastated to inform you of the death of our Hungarian Vice Commander Mag. Elemér Huller, who passed away on 22 March 2025 at the age of 75 after a short but serious illness.
Elemér was born in Hungary and fled with his family to Austria as a child, where he attended school and later studied at the University of World Trade. Throughout his life, he has worked in various professional fields, including project management, marketing and as a consultant.
Our Order Knight was admitted to the Order in Hagenau in 2009 and was indeed one of the original members of our community. Elemér was an Order Knight with complete conviction and he lived the values of the Order in our environment as well as in his family. His strong Christian faith was also a strong anchor for him in the last weeks of his illness.
Elemér’s involvement in the Order was also demonstrated by the fact that he served as Vice Commander of the Commandery Vienna-Belvedere and most recently of the Commandery Hungary. Both Commanders have asked us to convey their condolences on their behalf for the great loss. We all got to know and appreciated Elemér as a helpful, friendly and constructive Order Knight and functionary and will miss him very much.
My and our sincere condolences go to the relatives and loved ones, first and foremost to our Order Dames wife Marina and daughter Verena as well as our Order Knight son Philipp.
